The given map demonstrates the redevelopment of a park from 1980 to the present day.
Looking at the map, it is clear that the right side of the park underwent significant transformations, whereas minor rearrangement occurred on the left side. In addition, the flowers were the two areas being demolished.
In 1980, the park featured three trees in the northeast, which were later trimmed in order to provide space for chairs, desks, and a barbecue. Below them, another major change also took place: where there used to be flowers, there is a new playground. Both the former and the latter shared the same exact size.
Elsewhere in the park, the pond remained in its position, and it was still surrounded by the seating area with three benches moved and one extra bench added. On the bottom left, a new bush replaced the former flower area, leaving the park with no area with flowers left. Lastly, the park became more open and accessible owing to the diminish of the main gates.
