The two maps illustrate how a park has changed between 1980 and the present day.
Overall, the park has become more recreational, with notable additions such as a playground and barbecue area, replacing the original flowerbeds in the southeast and southwest.
In 1980, a footpath ran from the southern entrance to the northwest, passing through gates and ending with a bend. To the west, a small pond was located next to the southwestern flowerbed and surrounded by several benches. In the southeast, there was a larger flowerbed adjacent to the southern gate. Additionally, the northeastern corner featured a triangular green space with trees.
Since then, the gates along the footpath have been removed, and the path has been extended to the east and north. The flowerbeds in both the southeast and southwest have been replaced by a children’s playground and a bushy green area, respectively. The pond and its surrounding benches remain unchanged. Furthermore, the northeastern tree-covered section has been expanded and upgraded with a barbecue facility, seating, and tables.
