Overall, in the category of library users the full-time undergraduate is the highest percentage that others, academic staff is the lowest among other categories. And in library user satisfaction helpfulness of staff is the most satisfied by library users and availability of journals is the highest in not satisfaction among library users.
Full-time undergraduate is the highest level at 44% among other categories, and academic staff is the lowest at 7%. However, full-time postgraduate is in middle percent at 25%. Distance learning is 8% and part-time postgraduate is 16%.
In library user satisfaction library opening hours and helpfulness of staff are not satisfied by library users. However, helpfulness of staff is very satisfied among library users at 95%. Though there is a fairly satisfied category and the lowest percentage is 5% in staff’s helpfulness, and the highest 40% in availability of journals. Library opening hours and journals availability are in the same level in fairly satisfied category. In very satisfied is the lowest reliability of wi-fi at 48 percent, despite of this it is the highest percentage among other satisfactions.
