The line chart compares how much energy (Oil, Coal, Natural Cas, Hydro and Other Renewable) was consumed between 1965 and 2013.
Overall, it is clear that, as for all types of them, they observed the similar trend entire the period. It should also be noted that Hydro and Other Renewable energy, being the least consumed form during the whole period. Both of them started just above zero in the beginning of the period. However, Other renewable energy remained stable from beginning the period just above zero, till 1999, after that it rose gradually, in 2009 this energy consumption levelled of and then again rose moderately from more or less zero to 0,5BM in the end of the trend.
On the other hand, the number of Oil consumption, they soar suddenly from beginning to end this period. This consumption of energy dipped twice, first in 1975, and in 1983. It started from 1,5BM in 1965 to approximately 4.5BM in the end of the tendency. It terms of the consumption of coal and natural cas, there was a moderate climb in the number of cas, which rose from just below 1BM to 3BM. Similarly, the number of coal, which stood at almost 1.5BM in 1965, rose significantly to 4BM in 2013.
