The line graph illustrates the percentage European people of different age groups who went gym per month between 1990 and 2010. Overall, all age groups demonstrated upward trend. However, the youngest group recorded with significant growth and was the highest, while 45 and over group accounted with slight changes and was the least.
Firstly, people who aged 18-24 was the second highest figure in 1990 compared with other countries, accounted at about 8% which was 1% less than 25-34 group. In 1994, the youngest group had slight growth, while 25-34 aged group recorded with b increase better at 20%. However, in the next 4 years the youngest group overtook 25-34 group and both groups recorded at 30%. Moreover, in the next 8 years youngest group generally increased to 60% and reaching a peak compared with other figures, while people who aged 18-24 recorded at balanced growth with no declining and was about 52% in 2006.
However, there is middle age group with people who aged 35-44 accounted for slight changes from 1990 to 2008 when middle age group recorded at significant growth to 40% in 2010. While, the oldest group was twice al less that middle age group and registered at about 21%.
