The bar charts compare the amount of money spent for airline tickets between sydney and Melbourne over a two-week period in Australia in 2019.
It is clear that the highest amount of money was spent for airline tickets on friday,Saturday and monday. By contrast the amount of money consumed for airline on Tuesday, wednesday and tuesday was lowest.
In terms of the sydney to Melbourne route on week -01 ,the amount of money spent for airline tickets was higher on friday, Saturday and monday than that any other day, at approximately $75, $70 and $80,respectively. On the same route in week -2, the ticket prices on friday and Saturday remained unchanged, but on Monday’s ticket fare decreased remarkably, from $80 to 50$. However, the passengers who travelled Sydney to Melbourne on Tuesday, wednesday and Tuesday consumed the same amount of money in both weeks.
On the other hand,the Melbourne to Sydney route exhibited more noticeable variations. In the first week, the amount of money spent on friday for airline tickets was $80, which was more than double the amount of money spent on tuesday,wednesday and friday. Although, the fares of airline tickets on friday experienced slightly decreased but the passenger spent higher money on that day compared with other days in week -2.
