In general,in 2004 percentages of property owners was 58 and in tenats was 20. In first five years percentages of real estate owners fluctuated to 1-3 percents.And then in 2009 , it started steadily going down until in 2014 it was 36.In a decade rate of people who own their own house dropped to aproximately twice.However, starting with 2004 and until 2011 ,rate of tenents rose consistently. And in 2011-2012 , it remained and the next two years it went up to 48.
In conclusion,by the 2014 in UK rate of those people , whoown house dropped consederably, but rate of people who rent house started climb.
