The provided pie charts illustrate the average proporation of three unhealth typical meals (sodim, saturated fats and added sugar) consumed in the United States.
Overall, what stands out from the graph is that sodium consumed in a huge amount at the breakfast, while eaten less in at both dinner and snacks. As per saturated faty acid, it also found more at the breakfast and lesser at dinner. Added sugar, in contast, showed the highest precentages in snacks.
To begin with, sodium and saturated fat experienced the high precentahes at the breakfast 43% and 37% respectively, whearas this amount decreased to 29% and 26% in the lunch.
Similary, sodium recorded only in dinner and snack, and 16% was only scored by saturated fat and added sugar at dinner.
Conversely, snacks contained the highest level of added sugar ,compared to in sodium which was only and saturated fat 21%.
