The first chart illustrates Morocco’s income from 6 economic sector in 2003. The second graph depicts the fishing income of Morocco from 1982 to 2013. Overall, the percentages of “Tourism” and “Industry” recorded a higher percentage than the other sectors. Regarding the second graph,fishing income rose significantly between 1997 and 2003, followed by a decline and stagnation.
First of all, with regard to the first graph, the percentage of the profit of travel industry had the highest share and the proportion of the industrial field had the second highest figure, which were roughly a quarter of the total. Remittance of workers had the third highest value. Subsequently, the sector of “Petroleum” and “Fishing” recorded about 14%, which was almost half the figure for the percentage of “Tourism”. the portion of agricultural sector showed the lowest rate that was almost a sixth of the second lowest sector.
Moving to the second graph, it represented about 0.3 billion dollars in 1982. Subsequently, it rose significantly and showed the ten times the figure for the value of the first year in 1997. Then it soared and topped out at more than 4 billion dollars in 2000. After that, it decreased and remained stable from 2001 to 2002.
