The second highest figures were observed through Germany with a rose from just under 500 megawatts to 600 megawatts in the 2-year period while India and Denmark energy output grew gradually from around 200 to 400 megawatts and from just above 200 to 400 megawatts respectively.
From 1995 to 2000, the amount of wind energy in all countries witnessed significant changes. The US continued to be the highest in energy production with approximately 1600 megawatts in 1995, similarly, Denmark was leading in the last year with the same amount of energy.
