The indices of hamburgers, and fish, and chips pursued the identical patterns of rising until 1980. Following this, the numbers of fish and chips skyrocketed to the peak of 500 grams in 1990. In contrast, hamburger’s figures saw a slight increase by 20 grams, before surging to the high of approximately 290 grams in 1990.
