The year 2006, marked only the number of rentals and DVD sales. The year 2007 recorded the highest number of DVD sales. The highest number of distributions was seen for rentals and DVDs over the years. Even though the rentals decreased gradually, the DVD sales kept fluctuating maintaining the highest number from 2004 to 2011.
VHS sales fell from 2002 (92000) to 2005 (5000), whereas Blu-ray sales increased from 2007 (3000) to 2011 (12000), although were negligible in comparison. VHS had the most sales in 2002 and completely diminished in 2006, on the other hand, Blu-ray had its sales only from 2007 to 2011.
To conclude, sales and rentals had a significant role in the annual distribution of the store. Over ten years, Blu-ray had the lowest sales, while DVD sales continuously grew until 2007 (212000), only to fall in 2011 (190000).
