In general, it is clear that the pay of doctors registered the highest position compared to other professions in the countries surveyed. Additionally, both doctors and non-doctor occupations of the United States were paid salaries which outnumbered the figure for the others.
Regarding the jobs’ annual pay in the United States, the remuneration medical professionals received was $120.000 in 2004, exceeding that of Italian doctors by a ratio of 2 to 1. Relatively similar to earnings for them in Italy, those in the Czech Republic and Germany accounted for the same proportion, each at just over $60.000. Besides, there was a similarity in the figures for other occupations’ payings among three distinct areas named Italy, the Czech Republic and Germany, which were less than a third of the salaries of doctors in these three countries ( roughly $20.000).
