Overall, the average annual salary for all categories increased, except for one sector in 2000 and 2010. The income for financial services came first, while the average salary for tourism had the lowest figures.
Moving to a more detailed analysis, the average earnings for financial services, telecommunications, and transport experienced a rise. Those for financial services, tellecommunication, and transport accounted for just over 100k dollars, around 70k dollars, and 50k dollars in 2000, respectively. Furthermore, there was an increase to 130k dollars in the average salary financial services, while that of income for tellecommunications went up to 75k dollars in 2010. The same was true for the average salary for transportation, and it increased to around 80k dollars in 2000 and 2010.
Turning to administration, retail shops, the figures rose, while those for tourism saw a decrease. The average salary in administration accounted for 50k dollars and went up by 5k dollars, whilst those for retails had 35k dollars and saw a rise of 15k dollars. The opposite was true for tourism and the figures accounted for 20k dollars and went down to around 17k dollars in the years 2000 and 2010. The average salary for all categories had 44k dollars and has increased to 50k dollars in 2000 and 2010.
