The given bar graph illustrates the typical duration worked daily by both genders who got marriage in paid employment.

At first glance, it is evident that the numbers of total working hours per day by wives are both higher than the ones of husbands with the same age group. Notably, figure for paid work by men aged from 24 to 44 is highest, while the number of working hours for household chores is lowest with this gender at the other age group.

In terms of husbands, the average hours worked per day at the age from 24 to 44 for paid work is around 7 hours, which is similar with the number of this type of work by the older group. At the other hand, the figure for unpaid household chores is just above 2 hours per day, which is higher a little bit with the older ones. Similar, the total number of the younger group is higer than the older ones by about 1 hour.

Regarding women, the time spent for paid work and unpaid work at home are similar with the younger age group, which are around 5 hours. Meanwhile, there is a significant difference between the statistics of 2 types of works with the age group from 45 to 64, which are 6 hours and 4 hours respectively. However, the totalt working hours of 2 groups are the same at about 11 hours.
