The bar chart represents the employment rates of categorised age groups from 25 to 34 and 55 to 64-year-old based on their achieved education.
Overall, employment rates of the younger adults (25-34) had slightly declined in 2015 as compared to 2005, with an exception of Post secondary non-tertiary qualifications. By contrast, the older groups had steady growth in employment for all educational qualifications between 2005 to 2015.
In the 25-34 age group, upper secondary and below upper secondary qualifiers had seen a decline in employment rates by nearly 4% and tertiary educational qualifiers had seen a slight decline of nearly 0.1% as compared to post secondary non-tertiary qualifiers where the employment rate had experienced a slight gain. The younger adults were still leading the older groups by a large difference in the employment rates.
Analysing the employment rates of 55-64 year olds, it had improved percentages in 2015, as compared to 2005. All levels of education had been leading in occupation attainment, as in comparison with the younger adults, specially the below upper secondary educational qualifiers, where a significant gain had been seen, leading it to a positive development.
