The chart below illustates the employment rate on the basis of level of education attained in 2002 and 2015 by two seprate age demographics which is 25 to 34 year old and 55 to 64 year old.
As stated by the graph, the age group of individuals of 25 to 34 years have high chance of being employed on comprasion to the people with age between 55 to 64 years. Whereas, there is flucation for young demograophic percentage in two different years that and on the basis of their education level but the for older generation the employment rate have increased as they got higher level of education and as the time passed.
For the age between 25-34,they have seen fair amount of flucation in the graph. In 2005, the employment rose as they got higher level of education but it decreased as they completed their tertiay level of education. The growth percentage is similar in 2015 for younger demographic. the hight rate of being employed was in 2015 after the completation of post secondary tertiary that is above 85%.
For the age between, the employment rate increased with the time and higher the education level. This age group has only growth. But in comprasion to younger age group they started with low percentage that is around 40% of employment rate and even the higest for this age group was below 70%.
