In 1990 the regestered girls in countries still dev eloping the education system were much fewer than the set target of number of enrollments of 100 students in all levels of schools, as we can see that the develop of education system in increasing, since there are only 66 student in tertiary school, moveover, secondary school higher which may can display the progress of improvment. In the other hand with the developed countries, they almost hit the target of 100 students in primary and secondary schools with 95 and 98 enrollments, However, the tertiary excced the target by 5 girls.

In addition, the year 1998 were not much different from 1990 with only few students more than the preivous years, in developing countries the primary got 4, secondary 100 and tertiary with 9 students only. Same thing happened in great education system countries, primary and secondary had one more student each, However, we see a difference in tertiary level with more than 5 student enrolled.
