The given chart depicts the number of male and female studying full time and part time in further education in Britain in the period of 1970 to 1990.

Overall,both the male and female has highest number of participants in part time education than in full time education.

During 1970 the number of male in part time education is at peak which is around 1000 but the number of male in full time is only around 100.after 1970 there is some fluctuation in number of male taking part time education which decreased from 1000 to nearly 900 in 1990.on the other hand the number of male in full time increased from its initial year from around 100 to around 150.

In the context of female the number of both full time education and part time education has increased .in 1970 the number of women in part time was approximately 700 and full time was around 50 which increased drastically up to 100 and 250 respectively in 1990. The number of femlae has even outnumbered the number of male taking part in both full time education and part time education.
