The bar graph illustrates the total of genders in further education in Britian in three periods who were studying full-time or part-time education. Overall, both males and females had experienced an upward trend for full-time education. Although, the females represented the most individuals in further studies for part-time education.
On one hand, males, reached it’s highest on 1970/71 with 1,000 thousand of further education on part-time education. However, it has decreased to around 850 thousands on the following year before experiencing another minor increase by 10 thounsands. Conversely, the numbers of full-time education had remained stabil, as it slowly adds around 50 thousands per period, resulting in slightly over 200 thousands by the end of year 1990/91.
On the other hand, females, who pursued their careers in both full-time and part-time education had an upward trend. It reached it’s peak with approximately 1,000 thousands of females in part-time education, while the full-time education highest was accounted for the same amount as the male’s during the last period.
