On the one hand, we can say that, all of them have experienced stable increasement between 2000 and 2002. However, Britons reached more entrances for the NET by the period of 7 years. As a result, British people achieved the numbers about 80 percentage and by the end of anylizing increased only 10 percentage after 2006 and stayed at 90 percentage of population whom had access to the NET.
On the other hand, Germans and French people had almost the same position at 1999. But in the next 5 years they had their dramatic changes and reached the position about 60 percentage. As a result, both of them showed the results about 10 percentage per year after 2006. By the end of observation, more than 85 percentage of Germans had access to the internet, however, exactly 80 percentage of French population had a chance to use the NET.
