Overall, it is clear from the graph that all nations show increasing trend. Interestingly, UK was recorded the highest whereas Spain was the lowest in given period of time.
In 1999, 20% citizens in UK used web for their convenience which stood up drastically in 2002 to 50% but Spain was the lowest in both the years amounted for 5% and 15% respectively. After two years, UK increased its users by 20% compared to 2002 however Spain was still low at 30%. In the final year (2009), UK was recorded at the peak with 85% and Spain was also at 70%.
In 2000, Germany and france has a minor difference of 3% which increases with time and in 2003 the number of web users in Germany was 40% and in France it was 30%. Similarly, this difference was maintained in 2009 with 80% and 70% in Germany and France respectively.
