Overall, as shown in the graph, this percentage in USA had the highest position through the period. Meanwhile, in two remain countries, although both of them experienced an upward trend, they had a lower percentage compared to the USA.
As seen from the graph, the percentage of who owned a personal computer was higher than others countries in this period, starting with approximately 40% and at the end of period, this number was doubled.
Furthermore, France witnessed an upswing when the percentage in ending was tripled compared to the beginning. In terms of Japan, in spite of the lowest point of three nations, the percentage increased continuously over the period and surpassed France in May 2002. In the end of the period, Japan’s figure was higher than France with almost 80% and 60%, respectively.
