The supplied chart provides data about percentages of different age groups from 7 years old to over 35 years old who went to cinema once a month or more in certain country in Europe in 11 year period since 2000 .
Overall it can be clearly seen that, teenagers accounted for the highest rate throughout the whole period, while people over the age of 35 have the lowest percentage.
Firstly, percentage of people in age group of 15-24 experienced noticeable raise from about 15% to almost 35% between the years of 2004.In the following 8 year period it had fluctuations and right after it stayed at the level of slightly more than 35%. Until 2010, it underwent significant raise from 36% to a little over than 50% and remained constant at the same percentage.Afterwards, till the end of the period it had little ups and downs.When it comes to the age group of people over 35, it rose little by little from about 1% to almost 15% not considering slight downfall from 7% to 5% in 2008.
In terms of age group from 25-35, it had constant growth from 5% to almost 25% between 2000 and 2007.Afterwards, it decreased by about 7% and remained at the level of 18% until the second half of 2008.It experienced fluctuations till 2011 and ended up at 30%.And for the age group of 7-14 it was 10% in 2000 ,after it had fluctuations until 2005 gaining about 5%.Till the end of 2008 it doubled and reached 30%.In the end and beginning of 2008 it slightly decreased to approximately 25%.In the next 2 years it significantly rose reaching it’s peak of 37%, having immediate downfall after to 30%.
