Overall, females experienced an upward trend, and males showed a downward trend throughout the period. Both the gender had some fluctuations in the chart. Although in initial ages men had a dominance, women outraced them in the last period of life.
Men showed regular exercise about 52% during 15 to 24 years of age, was more than girls by approximately 8%. Then declined in 25 to 34 years was about 41%, however chart provides information that, males gradually increased I 35 to 44 years about 42%, and hit the highest point in 65 years of age almost 45%
Women initially in 15 to 24 years showed percent only 44, then arose to 46% in 25 to 34 years of age. Then chart illustrates that females inclined and remained steadily above 50% during 35 to 64 years, and declined during 65 and after years.
