The pie chart states two populations with different categorized ages starting from 2000 and predictions until 2050.
To begin with, there are two populations that we can compare. First one being Yemen in which we can clearly see the majority of people living in Yemen in the year 2000 are 0 to 14 year olds. Although, the age population for 15 to 59 year olds are not far off from the younger age group, coming at 46,3%. With the least amount of people ranging in the oldest age group, 60+ years being 3,6%. However, predictions for the year 2050, shows that the most populated age group in Yemen will be those in the 15 to 59 years old range, making quite the change. We can also see how drastic the change for those who are in the 0 to 14 years old age group, meaning there would be a decrease in having children in the area.
However, Italy on the other hand has always had the age group of people ranging from 15 to 59 years old being the most populated in the country. Especially in the year 2000, where there is a clear difference between the 15 to 59 years old range and the two other groups, making them closer in percentage. But in the year 2050, Italy is assumed to have almost doubled the amount for those who classify in the age group of 60+ years, predicting a total of 42,3% from the whole population. Furthermore, those who are in the age group of 0 to 14 years old would seemed to not have a drastic change even after all of those years.
