Band 4+: The chart below shows the satisfaction rates of undergraduate students at Norville University and the number of class hours undergraduates had to attend on average per week.

The People who selected highly satisfied were the highest amount during these 3years which is about to be 35% since the class hour were 20 hours per week, whereas other two options of satisfied and unsatisfied were with a low contract and their data are respectively about 40% and 25％.

As it came to 2005,the class hour became to be 25 hours a week,at this period of time, the number of people selected dissatisfied and highly satisfied were in the same amount at 20%,While they both had a huge difference between the satisfied option,which it came to be 60% and was the highest number during these three years.

Then 2010,the class hour went down as 10 hours a week,It reached the highest point of number of dissatisfied people as 70%,only a little rate of people support highly satisfied and satisfied At about 10% and 20%.
