Overall, most employees used part-time training in the evening, and the most common reason they used training was holiday travel.
The percentage of employees using part-time training in the evening had the highest proportion, which accounted for 39%. Moreover, it was three times higher than the number of employees who used intensive training. The percentage of employees who used part-time training on weekends was as common as those who used self-tuition, standing at 22%. Following this, 5% of workers who used distance learning were the smallest.
Looking more detail at another chart, almost half of the employees who participated in the training were due to holiday travel, constituting 46%. In contrast, only 17% of employees used training for their business travel. Similarly, personal interest and other reasons were less popular with 14% and 13% respectively. However, the percentage of employees who used training due to communication with clients was the lowest, standing at 10%.
