Overall, part-time evening and weekend courses accounted for the majority of communication training methods, while the most common reason for took part in this training was related to holiday travel. Furthermore, personal learning and business-related purposes were noticeably less significant.
In terms of the types of training, part-time evening is the most common type with 39%, which is significantly larger than weekend one (22%), followed by self-tution (22%). In addition, intensive training and distant learning are less popular types of communication training, which is choosen by 12% and 5% of employees.
Turning to the reasons of took part in this training, nearly half of the respondents (46%) participated the training for holiday travel, which was the dominant reason. Business travel is the second motive reason at 17%, followed by personal interest (14%). Meanwhile, communication with clients is the least common motive with 10%, and the remaining 13% employees take part in training for various other purposes.
