Overall, The given pie chart shows the ratio of owned and rented houses in 1991 to 2007. In 1991 22 million houses were on both catagories while, in 2007 the numbers increases up to 27 million. In 2007 home onwed ratio elevate as compared to 1991 and renting appartments ratio declined.

In 1991 Owned houses ratio was 60 percent which is above than half of the total but, in 2007 this ratio increase with 10% and reaches up to 70%. 23% of total was social renting in 1991 and it decrease to 17% in 2007 that’s 6% drop in 2007 as compared to 1991.

Private renting ratio stay equal in both years 1991 and 2007 but, social housing ratio was 6% in 1991 and it decreases 4% and reaches up to 2%.
