The given pie chart compares choices that students of a university majoring in Anthropology made after they graduated, whereas the table illustrates how much these graduates earn after five years of employment in three different sectors. In general, more than half of the students get a full-time job while only a small number work part-time. There are a few who continue to study when they are working. In terms of payment, half of those who work in the government sector receive over $100,000 after they have worked there for five years, the highest compared to the other two areas.
After finishing their course, the majority of graduates choose to work full-time, at 52%, this is three times more than those who work part-time as, only 15%. A small number of students pursuit higher education while working either full-time or part-time, 8% and 5% respectively. Unfortunately, among the graduates, there is still 12% of them that cannot find a job after graduating.
Regarding the salaries, after five years of employment, the anthropology students working for the government get paid the highest, 50% of them are paid more than $100,000 per year. However, for those work in private- owned companies, roughly a third receives $100,000 or more each year, and 35% of them are paid from ,00 to $75,000. In freelance consultancy field, income of two-fifths of the workers is from $75,000 to nearly $100,000, this is nearly double the salary of the employees who work in private companies, at 25%.
