Overall, it could be seen that figures for vagrant individuals across England showed an astonishing rising tendency. However, London was the one that increased much less markedly than the rest of England
In 2010, England possessed nearly 17 thousand people unsettled IN accomodation and climbed steadily in three-year period before 2013. This was continuely followed by another rapid surge reaching a high of around 4 thousand, which was more two times as many as the original quantity recorded.
On the other hand, in particular, London’s rise remained relatively static from 2010 to 2013 and then started to go up since then, although much more slowly to plateau at 1 thousand wandering persons in 2016. In constrast, within the rest of England, the number stood at lower 15 hundred persons initially. Afterwards, it rose slightly by about 5 thousand in 2014. and there was an tremendous upward trend to level off at well above 3 thousand at the end of the time frame.
