Overall, it can be seen that the younger people are, the more internet is popular amongst them. By contrast, the older individuals become, the more traditional their choices of exploring news get, as middle-aged and elderly people usually try to use newspaper, radio and TV more often than younger generations.
To begin with the Internet, its usage among people from 18 to 35 reaches its highest score as 60%. This percentage is much lower for both remaining groups. However, the popularity of newspapers between people whose age is 35 and over 55 is relatively same, and both are equivalent for about 50-55%.
According to the proportion of the radio users, individuals in the age categories of 33 to 55 and over got the same total scores, remaining a similar outcome as 40%, while it accounted for around 26% for 18 to 35 years old people. Meanwhile, the percentage of using television significantly increased as the ages of people got higher. Starting with young adults from age of 18, they made up 60%, which was 20% less than the proportion of the number of users aged between 35 and 55 years. Meantime, the percentage of users from the oldest age group got the highest rate, as it accounted for 90% in total.
