Overall, most figures witnessed downwards trends, except for internet which increased over the surveyed period. Addditionally the trend is predicted to continue until 2025
In terms of TV, newspaper, and radio, around 69% of people used TV to access news in 1995, followed by a fluctuation between roughly 58% and 55% in the next 25 years. The figure for TV is predicted to decrease to 50% in 2025. Radio and newspaper saw a similar trend with 52% and 55% people using respectively, afterwards both figures decline to just under 30% and 30% in that order. By 2025 these figures are likely to stand by 23% and 29%
Turning to internet, this means of accessing news became known as people with 1% in 1995s. From 2000s onwards, the figure for internet grer substantially and reached to about 40% in 2020. Then it is predicted to continue increasing and becomes the most popular among people with 55% in 2025.
