The line chart illustrates the number of requests for getting information about tourist attractions at a tourist center by three ways in the United Kingdom through six months between January to June.
Overall, it is clear that numerous inquiries are being answered mostly in person or by telephone throughout the period. However, receiving email or letter requests by information center decreased among the other methods.
For queries by letter/email regarding of tourist places, in January, it stood at around 400 questions and plummeted considerably until March with 400 questions and ending with constant queries as the previous months.
In January, in person inquiries were the most effective way to get an accurate answer at tourist centers. In addition, it began at about 900 requests and then reduced slightly to 800 requests in the next month, after rising 200 requests in March. From March to April, the requests remained stable with 1000, after increasing sharply till the end of Junuary with 60% increase of inquiries. Notably, getting information by telephone became the most common method at the end reaching approximately 2000 inquiries, after it was the least popular option in January.
