The chart shows the percentage of men and women teachers in six different categories of educational setting in the UK in 2010.
Overall, female mostly outnumbered males in nursery and primary school with over high numbers, while men outnumbered them in only 2 categories.
Females had almost 100 % in nursery or pre-school, while men had significantly low amount of percentage, with only 5%. This trend has happened in primary school also with almost 80% difference between them, men at 8% and females at 85%. The last category, which females outnumbered males, was secondary school, with really small difference, 55% women and 50% men.
The figure, which both of them were stable was college, where they both of them had 50%. Furthermore, the only 2 figures in which men had higher percentage, were private training institute and university. At university, men had more percentage then females, with over 40%.
