Overall, company A was the most harmful to the environment, in terms of the amount of waste. However, company C saw a significant increase replacing it and became the most eco-unfriendly company between 2010 and 2015.
Looking first at the period from 2000 to 2005, the largest figure could be seen in company A, at 12 tonnes, which was 4 and 8 tonnes higher than those for company B and C respectively in 2000. The amount of waste produced by company A dropped, whereas those by company B and C grew. In 2005, the figure for company B reached its peak, standing at around 10 tonnes, while that for company C still was the smallest, seeing exactly 6 tonnes.
Turning to the remaining years, the figures for company A and C followed the previous trends, with the former decreasing to 8 tonnes, while the latter increasing to 10 tonnes.
However, company B dipped, witnessing 3 tonnes. Additionally, the amount of waste produced by company C surpassed those by company B, at roughly 7 tonnes and company A, standing at about 8.5 tonnes respectively between 2010 and 2015.
