This bar graph illustrates the proportion of renewable energy in total energy supply in 4 diffierenrt countries between 1997 and 2010.
Overall, over the decades, renewable energy is used the most in Iceland and it increases gradually over the time. On the other side Australia used it the least in energy supply process and it was following the decreasing trend.
From the graph, it is evident that in Iceland, uses of renewable energy was increasing over the period. IN 1997 it was below 50% and in 2010 it was 70% of total energy supply which is the highest in this graph. Turkey also tried to use renewable energy, in 2010 it crossed over 40% of total supply but it fell to near 30% in 2010. It was following a decreasing trend.
On the other hand, Australia and Switzerland both used the least ammount of renewable energy for energy supply which was always below 10% of total energy supply. Focusing at the graph, it is clearly seen that in Iceland and Turkey, uses of renewable energy for energy supply is quite familiar comparison to Australia and Switzerland.
