Overall, business seats had the largest proportion at the beginning of the period, whereas it was surpassed by premuim economy by the end of the period Aditionally, the percentage of economy, premium economy and first seats filled by people experienced a significant rise throughout the given years, while the opposite was true for business seats.
Regarding the most popular categories, premium economy seats accounted for 85% in 2005. After having a gradual growth in 2010, it leveled off at 95% by 2015. Economy seats remained stable at 80% between 2005 and 2010. Then, it increased moderately to 90% by 2015.
Turning to other categories, business seats started at 90% in 2005. However, a dive was seen in the figure, reaching the lowest point of 65% by 2010. After this, it showed a noticeable climb to 75% in 2015. The percentage of first seats fillid by passengers stayed umchanged at 80% from 2005 to 2010, after which it went up silghtly by 5% in 2015.
