Overall, it can be seen that teacher salaries took the largest part of the budget in all three years. In contrast, the smallest spending was on insurance, though it increased over the period.
In 1990, teacher salaries made up 40% of total , followed by other workers salaries at 28%. The college spent 15% on books, while furniture and equipment for 14%. Technology and insurance got the least, with only 1% and 2% respectively.
In 2000, the proportion of money spent on teacher salaries rose to exactly a half. Other workers salaries fell slightly to 22%, while technology and books increased to 3% and 20%. Spending on furniture and equipment decreased sharply to 5% and insurance stayed low at 2%.
By 2010, teacher salaries still had the biggest share at 45%, but other workers salaries droped to 15%. Technology spending grew a lot to 8% and insurance also increase to 6%. However, the proportion for books fell to only 9%, and furniture and equipment went up again to 15%.
