In 2000, Coal was the highest energy producer with a grab of 45%. Natural gas and nuclear sources were respectively 25% and 20%. While the least in the list were renewable and other sources with 5% contribution each.
After 20 years, in 2020, energy production by coal reduced by 25% and reached at 20% from 45%. Whereas renewable energy showed a boom by 25% increase, reached 30% from 5%. With an increase of 5% Natural gas reached to 30% in 2020, when Nuclear sources decreased by 5% and reached to 15%. Other sources of energy production remain stable with 5% share.
On the whole, X country experienced coal as the highest energy source in 2020 which dropped by 25% in 2020. On the other hand, Renewable energy grasped the blank as the same percentage of 25% during that two decades. Other sources stayed constant with 5% contribution to the energy production.
