The given chart illustrates the manufacture of four kinds of dairy products in metric tons in three dominant producers around the world in the year 2012.
Overall, it is obvious that the number of milk produced witnessed the highest, while the opposite was true for that of cheese, butter and milk power. Furthermore, the European Union was always seen in top three of producers in all four sorts of dairy products.
Starting with milk and milk power, the number of milk production was witnessed to be the dominant of four different dairy products which was 100 times higher in terms of metric tons than the least – milk power. Moreover, there were more than 140 thousands of milk manufactured, which made the European Union come in first place in top three keynote producers. It was also the third dominant producer that made 770 thousand kilograms of milk power in 2012.
As for cheese and butter, the data of these two categories of dairy products was witnessed to be similar with each other. However, it can be seen that the consumers in United States preferred using cheese rather than butter because the quantity of cheese products was 5 times higher than that of butter. The same trend was true for the European Unions when it was 3 times higher in the figure for cheese production, compared to that of butter.
