Overall, EU was the leading producer of milk and cheese, while India and China were the leading producers of butter and milk power. Additionally, the total amount of milk far outnumbered listed products, meanwhile the opposite was true in the case of milk power.
To be more specific, the data of milk in EU was 142.970, surpassing that of India about 16.000 tons and more than 50.000 tons of the United States. While the amount of cheese in EU was 7.120 tons, which was significantly higher than that in the US and Brazil, with only 4.925 tons and 700 tons respectively.
In terms of butter, India was the leading producer, with 7.500 tons, which was eight times as much as the US and over triple as much as EU. As for milk power, Although EU was one of leading three producers, after that being surpassed by China and Zealand, with 1.200 tons and 1.110 tons namely, compared to 770 tons of EU.
