Milk was the most wanted dairy product in the recorded period as it owned about 359,970 tons of accumulated number with European Union as the main supplier by 142,970 tons. European Union was also accounted for the most sizeable part of cheese produced globally by sharing about 7,000 tons cheese which is almost two times higher than that of the United States as the second major cheese manufacturer.
With regard to the other index, 7,500 tons of butter was produced by India, this number become halved for European Union’s shares of butter production. Meanwhile, China produced the most pronounced part of all milk powder by 1,200 tons which is slightly higher than NewZealand’ share by only 90 tons extra.
