The y-axis portray the average amount in US dollars, overall, we obserse an exponential rise of the prices from 2005 to 2015, nearly doubled for the capital going from 35 dollars to practically 60, while the rest of country also increased but in a slower proportion, expressed by a grow of 10 more dollars during this 10 years.
Moreover, when we look at the second bar chart closer, the country excluding the capital city that reached the top of the chart with it’s 60 dollars per square meter, composed by the north, south, east and west regions have almost the same average prices starting from the lowest amount, which 20 dollars in the north to maximum 42 dollars in the south, however, the east and west sides are close to be equal.
In conclusion, the augmentation of the rental costs touched all the contry but at different rates.
