In summary, the price of office space in capital city was higher in capital city than in all other regions, and this saw a significant rise in 2015, while the average price in provincial areas rose slightly. In addition, in 2015 highest prices were recorded in the South, among non-capital regions, while in the North were the smallest.
In 2005 the rental price of office space in capital city was about 35 dolars per square metre, only about 10 dolars higher than the average price in the rest of the country. Both figures rose in 2015. However, capital city’s prices saw a significant increase, nearly double the price in the rest of the country, which increased with only about 10 dolars.
Regarding the prices in 2015, when capital city recorded roughly 60 dollars per square metre, the other regions had notably lower prices. North area had the highest prices accros all provincial regions, standing at about 42 dollars. This was followed by East and West regions with just over 35 and almost 32, respectively. The North showed the lowest prices, accounting fot less than half of South’s number.
