The bar charts show the average rental payment of office space (per square meter) in different parts of one unspecified country a decade apart (2005 and 2015).
Overall, the cost of office space exhibited upward trends in both regions(central and remaining parts). It is also clear that, the annual rent of office space in central part become the preponderant.
Focusing on the first bar chart, in 2005 people could take the office for 35$, then it saw the most pronounced growth, with almost doubling at 60$. The figure for other regions also increased, albeit less dramatically (to more than 35$), up from an initial 28$.
Turning into next chart, in 2015 annual rental cost for remaining regions were much less than for capital city. In southern part the cost was less than 45$. Meanwhile, the figures both east and west stood at roughly 35$. In northern part, however, the figure was three times lower than that of capital, with a low point of 20$.
