The charts illustrate the proportion of four kinds of meals in composition of three different nutrients. These can be harmful when overly consumed.
Overall, in both nutrients sodium and saturated fat the dinner considered to have the biggest percentage, in contrast the breakfast represented the smallest fraction in all nutrients. Moreover, snacks accounted for the largest percentage in added sugar.
The dinner represented 43% of sodium which was the highest percentage in this nutrient, whereas both snacks and breakfast comprised the lowest fraction(14%). Likewise, the remaining 29 percent of sodium found in lunch.Therefore, in saturated fat the dinner composed the largest fraction 37%, followed by lunch with 26%. Moreover, snacks contributed 21% slightly higher than breakfast, which contributed only 16% .
The composition of sugar was more different than other two, snacks account for the largest portion 42%, followed by dinner 26%. In contrast, breakfast and lunch contributed a smaller portion, at 16 and 19 percentages respectively
