Overall, it is obvious that Sodium is the most absorption essence when having dinner, followed by Saturated fat. But, during snacks time, these two would be the least of consuming. In addition, added sugar would be the highest consumption when eating snacks.
In Sodium, it is the most favourite that American consumes at dinner, which represents 43%, obtaining less sugar dropped to only 23%. Moreover, during snack time, they usually absorb sugar, which is 42%, but least eating Sodium, at just 14%. As for breakfast and lunch time, they take in an identical proportion during these three nutrients, 29% of sodium is consumed, dropping to eating less sugar (19%) during having lunch. While eating breakfast, 16% of added sugar is soaking up, and decreases a bit of absorbing sodium at that time, only 14%.
