Overall, sodium and saturated had a comparatively similar proportion which mostly consumed during the dinner, and at least during the breakfast. Almost half volume of added sugar consumed through snacks.
43 per cent volume of sodium consisted in dinner and roughly third of sodium included in lunch. Between breakfast and snacks had same a proportion of sodium which reached 14 per cent for each one. People consumed almost two fifth of saturated fat during the dinner and 16 per cent of fat on breakfast. Lunch and snacks had similar indicators with 26 and 21 per cent respectively.
Added sugar mostly consumed via snacks, which took 42 per cent of daily sugar mass. Typical dinner included 23 per cent of sugar volume. Breakfast and lunch consisted 16 and 19 per cent of added sugar bulk.
